From design file to finished part

  • 01 — Send your design

    Upload your STL, 3MF, STEP, STP, OBJ or ZIP file with the project details. If an NDA is required, submit the enquiry without sharing the design.

  • 02 — Technical review and quotation

    We assess printability, material, quantity, finish and timescale before providing a clear quotation including VAT. Uploading a file does not commit you to an order.

  • 03 — Printing and fulfilment

    Once you approve the quotation, production is scheduled across our print farm. Completed parts can be delivered within the UK or collected from Bolton.

Frequently asked questions

Which design files can I upload?

We accept STL, 3MF, STEP, STP and OBJ files. Multiple files, drawings and supporting documents can be combined into a ZIP file.

Can you recommend the appropriate material?

Yes. Tell us how the part will be used, including any strength, temperature, outdoor-use, appearance or accuracy requirements, and we can recommend a suitable material.

What is the largest part you can print?

Our current maximum build volume is 500 × 500 × 500 mm. The practical maximum depends on the part geometry and material. Larger designs might be printable in separate sections.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround depends on the size, quantity, material and current production capacity. Your quotation will include an estimated completion date before you approve the order.

Can you help with CAD or damaged files?

Yes. We can help create, repair or modify a design. CAD and file-preparation work will be reviewed and quoted separately where required.

Do you offer delivery and collection?

We deliver completed parts throughout the UK. Collection is also available from our print farm in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum print order is £40 including VAT, excluding delivery.

Can you work under an NDA?

Yes. Select the NDA option on the enquiry form and submit your requirements without uploading commercially sensitive files. We will contact you before files are shared.
