At Full-Filament Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing from www.full-filament.co.uk and how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.
Our own range of 3D printing filament is sold under the Bulldog-3D brand.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting our customer support team.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Items should be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them, together with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail shop. However, if they have been handled more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Full-Filament Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned where applicable).
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Where required by law, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium or express delivery services are not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order leaves us in excellent condition.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where appropriate
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Bulldog-3D Filament
Bulldog-3D filament is manufactured to strict quality standards.
Please note:
- Minor Colour variation between manufacturing batches is normal. and although we have strict methods and quality control procedures to prevent this it can still happen.
- Filament diameter is manufactured within the stated tolerances.
- Vacuum packaging may show minor cosmetic creasing without affecting product quality.
- Cardboard spools and packaging may occasionally show minor handling marks from transportation.
Due to the moisture-sensitive nature of 3D printing filament, we cannot accept returns of filament that has:
- Been removed from its sealed packaging.
- Been used or printed with.
- Been damaged through incorrect storage or misuse.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.
If you believe your filament has a manufacturing defect, please stop using it and contact us before continuing to print, as further use may affect our ability to assess the issue.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned during the cancellation period provided they are:
- Unused
- Complete
- In their original packaging where reasonably possible
- In a resalable condition
Used consumable accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Custom or Personalised Products
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused item, please contact our customer support team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered where appropriate.
Return Address
Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request has been received.
