We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

  • Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Minor colour variation between manufacturing batches is normal.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes.
  • Specifications may change where necessary without affecting product performance.

Our own range of premium 3D printing products is sold under the Bulldog-3D brand. We also supply products from carefully selected third-party manufacturers.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order.

Where VAT applies, it will be shown during checkout.

6. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • A pricing error has occurred.
  • A product is unavailable.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Payment information is processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Full-Filament Ltd does not store your full payment card details.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Customs procedures
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods transfers once payment has been received in full.

9. Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Full-Filament Ltd cannot guarantee identical printing results across different printers.

is owned by or licensed to Full-Filament Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
