Every spool tested for colour consistency
Each Bulldog-3D spool is individually tested for Transmission Distance (TD) as it leaves our production line. Because the base polymer is clear and every colour has its own target TD value, this allows us to verify the pigment concentration and maintain consistent colour saturation and opacity from one spool to the next. Any spool that falls outside the target TD range for its intended colour is reclassified as Colour-Fade rather than being sold as a standard colour.
